Delaware Bay, NJ Image size - 9 1/2" x 13 1/8" Unframed - $30, Framed & matted - $95 Miah Maull Shoal Lighthouse Miah Maull Shoal is located about 5 miles N. of Fourteen Foot Bank and derives its name from Mr. Nehemiah Maull, who drowned in an 18th century shipwreck near this site. The lighthouse was constructed in 1909, but the permanent light, that is seen today, was first exhibited in 1913. In 1973 it became fully automated. Miah Maull has long been a favorite fishing location for boats from the Maurice River and Fortescue, NJ marinas. |
